Get your brand ready for retail.
You've got a product that sells online. Getting it onto a shelf is a different job, with different questions — and the answers are scattered across advice from people who've never seen your numbers. This puts them in one place, using your actual sales data.
The calculator is free and needs no account.
Which retailers should I pursue?
Connect your store and we match where your customers already are against retailers who operate there. Not a ranked list of who will say yes — a starting point for research, with the reasoning shown.
Why might I be a fit?
Every suggestion says what it's based on, in plain numbers you can check: how much of your order volume sits inside that retailer's footprint, and which states.
What do I need to fix?
Case packs, shelf life, GS1 barcodes, liability insurance, SQF. The things a buyer asks for that stall a deal when the answer is "let me find out".
What should I do next?
Run the numbers on a deal before you agree to it, and leave with a pitch kit your buyer can read in two minutes.
Two kinds of fact, never mixed up
A buyer's first instinct is to discount anything a brand says about itself. So we mark every figure with where it came from, everywhere it appears — including in the pitch kit you send them.
Read straight from your connected Shopify store — revenue, orders, average order value, repeat rate, which states your customers are in. You can't edit these, which is exactly what makes them worth showing.
Things only you know: case packs, shelf life, certifications, capacity. Shown as your claims, because that's what they are.
What this won't do
- Give you a readiness score. Compressing your business into a number out of 100 would look precise and mean nothing.
- Tell you a retailer is a 91% fit. We'll tell you what overlaps and what we don't know, and let you judge.
- Pretend to know whether a buyer is accepting new brands, what they already stock, or when their next category review is. Nobody has that data; we say so instead of filling the gap.
- Show you sample numbers before your store is connected. An empty screen is more useful than a plausible one you might repeat to a buyer.
Start with the numbers
The deal calculator works out what a wholesale deal actually pays you after the retailer's margin, a distributor's cut, your costs and any slotting fees. No account, nothing saved.
